Hydraulic separators

With at least four lateral nozzles for the supply-return connection of heat consumers and heat generators, a hydraulic separator is an element in the heating or cooling system designed to separate the primary circuit of the heat sources from the secondary circuit of the consumers, thus preventing interference between simultaneously operating circulators, reducing flow velocity and achieving constant functioning in all operating states.


Equipped with threaded or flanged connection fittings, SIMON hydraulic separators are constructed of round steel tubes or sheet metal profiles according to the highest technical standards and regulations on space heating and cooling. In addition to corrosion resistant coating, they are available in the RAL colour of your choice.

Available in different sizes to support different flow rates or fully customizable to meet your requirements, all SIMON hydraulic separators are pressure, temperature and capacity tested to allow for different pressure-temperature regimes and thus ensure safe operation, increased durability and longevity coupled with superior performance and ultimate comfort.
